QuestCraft, a new Java Edition port for Quest, now has a VR version of Minecraft for Meta Quest headsets. QuestCraft release doesn’t distribute the actual game, just the wrapper that allows it to be launched on Quest. You’ll have to own a legitimate version of Minecraft: Java Edition for it to play.

VRChat Face Tracking

VRChat announced the beta launch of a new feature called Avatar Open Sound Control (OSC) that allows you new ways to control your avatar. Even though it’s called Open Sound Control, you can implement an array of features.

Metaverse Avatars

8th Wall and Ready Player Me are joining to release a set of tools that let you create custom, interactive cross-app avatar system you can use for a wide-range of web-based Metaverse experiences. Developers will be able to design WebAR experiences that are compatible with Ready Player Me avatars.  “We are excited to continue our collaboration with 8th Wall. Their tools make it easy for WebAR developers to turn their ideas into reality and share them with the world,” Timmu Tõke, Co-Founder & CEO of Ready Player Me said in an official press release.
